Chief Experience Officer 

About our CXO

Our Chief Customer Experience Officer, Mr. Nitin Chopra, brings an abundance of experience and knowledge to WeSolveCX thanks to his technology-centric background. Prior to his appointment in May 2023, Mr. Chopra has been with WeSolveCX's parent company, ATN, for over 4 years as the Vice President-Information Technology. In his previous appointment, he led a team that delivered innovative technology solutions across multiple markets.

With a strong background in technology, he is developing the WeSolveCX suite to deliver best-in-class solutions. At WeSolveCX, Mr. Chopra leads with a unique customer-first vision and mindset that is echoed throughout our organization.

Senior Director

Malini Gouridat is a Senior Director at WeSolveCX Consulting. In this role, she is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to clients through strategic consulting and implementation services. Previously, Malini was the Director of Customer & IT Experience at GTT Inc. where she managed several teams including IT Experience, Project Management Office, Quality & Process Improvement.

Malini's career in IT and customer service spans over a decade, during which she has developed a diverse range of skills. She was also Manager of Cloud and Video Services at GTT, and oversaw sales operations and project management for the company's cloud and video services.

General Manager

Mr. Erskine serves as the General Manager at WeSolveCX Customer Care, where he oversees all the call center initiatives. He is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that align with the company's objectives and goals, as well as managing a team of professionals.

Mr. Erskine's expertise in managing call centers has allowed him to make significant contributions to the success of several organizations. He has worked with diverse teams, including cross-functional and international teams, to achieve marketing objectives and meet business goals.

Senior Manager, Digital Marketing

Carlie Robinson leads the Digital Marketing Department in her capacity as Senior Manager, Digital Marketing. She has 20 years of experience in the advertising industry, starting out as a copywriter and production assistant while still a teenager. Miss Robinson's professional experience spans many sectors including government, food and beverage, hospitality and tourism, telecommunications, insurance, with significant experience in financial services marketing, all in various territories across in the Caribbean region. Currently holding a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Communications and Professional Writing, as well as certifications in Digital Marketing Management, Search Engine Optimisation and Search Engine Marketing, she believes the future of digital at WeSolveCX is very bright and is excited to lead a multi-skilled team of developers, campaign specialists, and social media marketers.

Assoc. Director CX Delivery

David has been in I.T. for over 30 years starting his journey with the U.S. Air Force in the Intelligence Community. Prior to his hiring at WesolveCX, David worked for our parent company ATN for over 9 years. His vast knowledge of systems including Salesforce, Service Now, mobile & web applications and many others, continues to be invaluable to our success in all our markets.

David's strong skills in I.T. and his keen attention to detail are a perfect combination to provide World-Class applications in support of a great customer experience.
