Overview
Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the position of Marketing Coordinator to be attached to the Digital Marketing Department. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for organizing end to end management of campaigns and projects, from intake to final reporting. This job is client-facing and customer service excellence is a must.
Key Responsibilities

- Work with assigned clients to ensure Marketing campaign calendar is up-to-date (dates, frequency, audience overlap, freeze dates) and serve as the main campaign lead for all day-to-day request and prioritize based on bandwidth and business goals Be the direct point of contact between clients (internal and/or external) and the Digital Marketing team ensuring efficient and frequent two-way communication on campaign progress.
- Ensure briefs are processed appropriately from the client to the Digital Marketing department by following standard intake procedure. Review briefs and book relevant discovery sessions.
- Implement marketing campaigns from end to end by tracking progress efficiently through our workflow and providing status updates.
- Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data for trends and against business objectives for assigned clients
- Facilitate Monthly Campaign Retrospectives with assigned clients that provide campaign analytics feedback for currently running campaigns
- Monitors budgets, by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
- Prior knowledge of SalesForce Marketing Cloud is not a requirement, however the incumbent is expected to become a SalesForce Marketing Cloud expert by undergoing
training - Creation and maintenance of Digital Campaign Calendar
- Ensuring all campaign requests are prioritized and executed on time
- Escalate to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, when deadlines are unreasonable or cannot be accommodated, or other challenges arise affecting campaign delivery
- Report directly to Senior Manager, Digital Marketing on campaign progress or trends as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business or a related field
- 3+ years experience in marketing, communications, business administration or related field
- Proven working experience in marketing, client service or sales, particularly within the telecommunications industry
- Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
- Excellent time management and organizational skills are an asset
- Spanish language would be a plus
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and remain composed under pressure
