Overview
The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting qualified Customer Success Champions (Agents) for job openings within Operations. This individual will collaborate with hiring manager to source candidates through various channels, conduct interviews, evaluate applicants, and assist in the selection process. The main goal of the Recruiter is to find best-fit candidates to meet operations staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
(Ad hoc and other reports may be completed as requested)
- Actively recruiting as per Training Plan headcount for Shared Service Market & Outbound.
- Buffer Class of 25 person at all times for Shared Service Market & Outbound.
- Sourcing Candidates: Use various methods such as social media, networking, and referrals, etc., to identify potential candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with qualified and experienced candidates.
- Conducting Interviews: conduct video, or in-person interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Evaluating applicants: assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and alignment with operations to determine their suitability for the role, issuing of company aptitude assessment to successful candidates to determine their overall eligibility for employment.
- Candidate Communication: maintain regular communication with candidates’ throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedbacks.
- Dispatching Offer Letters to Successful Candidates & ensuring there is an acceptance.
- Onboarding Support: assist the onboarding officer by ensuring a smooth transition of all new hires information (completed personal files & mandatory forms) for a seamless onboarding into the organization.
- Conduct Exit Interviews for Shared Service Market & Outbound.
- Employment Contracts for endorsed Agents.
- Collaborate with HR Talent Acquisition Partner to organize Orientation for Agents.
- Employer Branding: contribute to promoting the company’s positive image and reputation as an employer of choice.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by your supervising officer.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge in recruiting and onboarding
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience
- Completion of CSEC – Inclusive of Mathematics and English Language (Minimum Grades 1 -3)
- Certificates in Human Resources
- Knowledge and actively informed of all changes associated with Guyana Labor Laws

Environment and Physical Activity
- Must be able to work in a non-confined office type setting in which he or she will work remotely. The position may require occasional travel to business offices/units. Most travel is by land, but more distant locations are reached by sea or air.
