Overview
The Training Content Specialist will guide the development of technical and non-technical training content solutions for our business. As Training Content Specialist, your duties will include evaluating organizational training needs and recommending suitable technical and non-technical solutions, manage content and process changes and ensure that all departmental process are going to plan. You may also be required to oversee the development, testing, and implementation of software
Key Responsibilities
(Ad hoc and other reports may be completed as requested)
- Documenting processes and content change and disseminating information to all relevant stakeholders.
- Applying subject expertise in evaluating business operations and processes.
- Identifying areas where technical solutions would improve business performance.
- Consulting across business operations, providing mentorship, contributing specialized knowledge and appropriate training content and materials
- Recommending technical solutions and determining software development requirements.
- Overseeing the development, testing, and implementation of technical solutions and documentation.
- Determining whether technical solutions meet defined requirements in keeping with training needs.
- Verifying technical reference information, including user guides, training manuals, and system requirements.
- Ensuring accurate representation of expertise prior to the distribution of technical solutions to end-users.
- Work closely with account managers to obtain business processes to document and monitor same
Job Requirements
- Six Sigma Black Belt professional certification, or similar.
- Demonstrable credentials as a leading Subject Matter Expert.
- 3- 5 years of experience working in the relevant area of expertise.
- Advanced knowledge of business operations and project management.
- Competency in electronic business management systems, like monday.com and ProWorkflow.
- Advanced ability to recommend and implement technical solutions for cross-functional projects.

Environment and Physical Activity
- Must be able to work in a non-confined office type setting in which he or she will work remotely. The position may require occasional travel to business offices/units. Most travel is by land, but more distant locations are reached by sea or air.
