Overview
WeSolveCX, a leader in customer experience solutions, is seeking a dynamic and innovative User Experience Designer to join our consulting team. This role is pivotal in designing, maintaining, and optimizing user experiences for our clients’ digital products, with a focus on intuitive interaction design and seamless usability. The User Experience Designer will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand user needs, gather requirements, and deliver exceptional design solutions that drive user engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
(Ad hoc and other reports may be completed as requested)
- Gathering Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, user needs, and project requirements for digital products and services.
- User Research: Conduct user research using various methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain insights into user behaviors, goals, and pain points.
- Information Architecture: Design the information architecture of digital products, including sitemaps, navigation systems, and content organization, to ensure intuitive user experiences.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts, interactions, and workflows for digital interfaces.
- Documentation: Document design decisions, rationale, and specifications to ensure clarity and facilitate collaboration with team members and clients throughout the design process.
- User Testing Analysis: Analyze user testing results and metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform design decisions.
- Maintenance and Enhancement: Collaborate with developers and other team members to identify, prioritize, and implement ongoing maintenance tasks and enhancements to existing digital products and features.
- Reporting Insights and Feedback: Compile and analyze user research findings, usability testing results, and other relevant data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for improvements to user experiences
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field.
- Experience with user research methodologies, such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe, Figma, or similar.
Required Skill
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in UX design tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and designing for multiple devices and platforms.
- Proficient in using appropriate prototyping tools to demonstrate design concepts and interactions.
- Microsoft 365 Proficiency.
- Graphic design proficiency would be an asset

Environment and Physical Activity
- Must be able to work in a non-confined office type setting in which he or she will work remotely. The position may require occasional travel to business offices/units. Most travel is by land, but more distant locations are reached by sea or air.
- During the course of performing, this position must spend time writing, typing, speaking, listening, lifting (up to 50 pounds), driving, carrying, seeing (such as close, color and peripheral vision, depth perception and adjusted focus), sitting, pulling, walking, standing, squatting, kneeling and reaching.

Human Relations/Contacts
Internal
The officer interacts frequently with other Executive team members, ATN shared service team management and resources, functional department heads, line management of the business offices/units, subsidiaries regarding projects, developments, operations and expenses, systems and procedures, consistent with the responsibilities of the job.
External
Interactions also occur with vendors and consulting subject matter experts and resources on matters relating to the Company’s projects, operations, and strategic initiatives. The officer may also interact with the shareholder’s auditors, regulators, and the Company’s legal, and accounting advisors from time to time, as may be consistent with the responsibilities of the job.
